- James Lawrence Added February 14, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give a zero star rating I would, bought a modular couch and within 8 months the springs came loose and began to create bulging making the couch extremely uncomfortable. When I spoke to them they asked my wife and I if we were jumping on the couch. Anyway they said they could re-insert better grade springs for $350 dollars for both halves of the modular. We received our lounge back 4 days later with only half of the lounge fixed. Not happy, what ever happened to good old customer service ????
