- Justin Bick Added March 23, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very quick to make the sale, but after sales service has been virtually non-existent. Won’t fix the issues with the caravan that they said they would. They never get back to you unless you constantly chase them up. They seem like they couldn’t care less about you once you have made the purchase. If you complain, you get ignored. It also seems that no-one within the company talks to each other, because no one knows what anyone else has done, but they constantly pass the blame to someone else.
I know other people who’ve had the same experience with GDC. Once (if) they get the issues sorted with the caravan, I will never use George Day Caravans again and will tell everyone who’ll listen to avoid them. There word isn't worth a dime, their sales tactics are border line criminal and their service centre is not fit for purpose!

Very knowledgeable helpful and accommodating. Simply the best experience for first time caravan buyers even though Covid slowed the delivery date.

We set out searching for our first caravan and Brian our salesman who is very knowledgeable, made the entire process stress free. Nothing was a problem for Brian. The handover was very thorough and the after-sales service is excellent, they are all very helpful and professional.
We are on our first trip in our van and can’t thank Brian enough for ensuring we got the van to suit our car and our needs. We LOVE it!
