  There’s three businesses under the same roof here - Down to Earth, Bali Garden and Stone, and Perth Landscape Construction. Everything is sold on the same lot with no segregation between stock, and all can be paid for on one bill. I’m not sure if they are having stock issues due to the pandemic but the range wasn’t what we expected. There were some things online that weren’t displayed on site, and the space consisted of sections for each type of pot in different sizes, with seemingly all available stock together to fill space. Around the main office were the smaller bird baths (a good selection) and ornaments, statues, etc. At the front of the lot the large water features were showcased, and at the rear the soils, sands, gravel, and pavers. It took about 15 minutes to walk around and look at everything/select products.
  
  The staff member on site was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. She wasn’t afraid of hard work or lifting pots and got everything into our car for us. She was great at juggling multiple customers and attending to their queries, and was very knowledgeable. An asset to the team!
  
  It’s a good little place to visit if you’re in the area but we drove quite a way expecting more than we found. We didn’t leave empty handed but the main item we wanted wasn’t available, which was certainly a let down (I’m sure it could have been ordered but we don’t wish to wait as it’s required now, so we found one elsewhere). If you’re after anything in particular, I’d say ring ahead. If you’re after a bird bath, water feature, or water bowl, this is definitely a place to visit, as the range was diverse.

  Bought a bird bath today. The one lady that was serving and doing everything loading soil mulch etc was working her guts out and very nice. We had to stand by the closed door with a sign that they were busy. The lovely lady came back and then we had to wait while she said she will serve the trades first. We then got our turn and purchased the bird bath and my husband had to load it in the back himself as she was too busy. God strueth it's hard to get service but we pay top dollar for most things. Won't b back.

  Good place for your soil and concrete mix,
  I use there soil conditioner for all my plants and pots and their concrete mix is a better combination then anywhere else ive got it from.
  Plus many other kinds of soils gravel and dirt. They are the center of midlands supply and couldnt find better

  Thank you so much DTE, After not finding the right pots anywhere, I am so pleased I have managed to secure exactly what I was looking for. Not only is there an amazing large variety of pots and water features you can also stock up on all gardening essentials. I would highly recommend everyone to support this local small family run business. Sharon and her Staff are fantastic, always willing to assist . A1 customer service.

  Great service, from picking the pots I wanted, to on-time hassle free delivery. The people were great. I tried other places (that may have had more pots, but I couldn't tell because they were so randomly stacked). Glad I went with Down to Earth.
