  After a less than happy/successful listing with another local agent for 6 months, Allan and the Border team took over.
  
  Within a week we had many viewings and ended up with a signed up contract in 7 days.
  The selling price was certainly more than the other agent had with their "failed" contract.

  I had a very abrupt answer from a genuine enquirey from a lady called Karen Rowland... I asked if I could rent somewhere in Canning Vale and the cold response was,
  "You are welcome to attend the open."
  
  I asked to rent it despite the open as it is available. I am a cash payer and 5 minutes for a more professional and accomodating email wouldn't go a miss, especially as the viewing is during the week while I am working.
  
  So well done for the customer service Karen. You're now famous. Maybe a little more care for your prospect clients wouldn't go a miss?

  5 star ! You can’t get any better ! Karen was the nicest and best real estate lady I have ever met. Had to move house due to growing family and we have to grieve loosing her. Thankyou sooooo much again and we will look out for your houses you have available in the future when we move again one day :)
